Main stage sponsorship: $12,500
Drive traffic to the general session with this high-visibility opportunity. Greet attendees, invite them to your booth, and distribute materials at the doors. Sponsorship includes logo placement at the main stage entrance, a 15-second video feature on stage, and a lead-scanning table (sponsor provides artwork and video).
Registration welcome sponsor: $8,000
Maximize brand awareness with a Welcome Sponsor mention in pre-conference communications, a welcome station at registration, a meter board sign, attendee welcome gift opportunity, recognition on all name badges, and a 15-second video on onsite digital displays (sponsor provides artwork and video).
