There will be a discussion of yearly information from CMS about fees for ASCs; what modifiers can be utilized in an ASC; billing for casting, medications and implants along with radiology L and C codes for implants; and individual contracts for payers. When and when not to bill unlisted codes, understanding revenue codes, and APG payments will also be covered.
